At the core of our services are maintenance, monitoring, and restoration. Our first line of defense is to keep your website backed up. Next, we make sure everything gets updated on your website. This helps to close any vulnerabilities that a plugin or an outdated version of WordPress might cause. The final and most important is monitoring your website. Not only do we monitor it every 5 minutes for uptime, but we scan it daily for any infections, confirming your site hasn’t been blacklisted.

I need something changed on my website, does this cover that?
If you are an Ultimate Plan member, you’ll receive one hour a month of website updates. The only items we do not cover are graphic design and programming. Simple programming errors or modifications may be included on a case-by-case basis.
Can you clean an infected website?
Absolutely! If your site is infected with malware, for a one-time fee of $125, we’ll include cleaning when we set up your account. A cleanup fee also gets you on our priority list, for same-day service, in most cases.
You’ll receive a report once your website is cleaned that contains any details about your cleaning and any next steps you may need to take.
Do you offer web hosting as well?
Yes, we offer web hosting, please email us for more details, and we can share our options with you.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes, we do. We have years of experience dealing with WooCommerce. Remember that our basic plan will not cover staged updates, leading to errors or downtime with some WooCommerce installs during updates. If your online store is critical, we highly suggest selecting the Ultimate Plan, as we will do staged updates with any plugins we feel could cause issues with your live website.
What is a staged update?
Staged updates allow us to test updates to plugins, themes, or the WordPress core, without impeding the live version of your website. Based on how far out of date the plugin is, these updates are done on a case-by-case basis. Staged updates are only included in our Ultimate Plan, be sure to select that plan if this is something you need.
Can you handle more than one website?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to select as many packages as you’d like at checkout, and our team will request the information for each website you’d like us to manage. If you’re on multisite, you must select the multisite option, and we do have a limit of 5 websites in a single multisite install per plan.
